We Accept Returns
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that it has been received. We will then inspect both the item and your shopping sessions on the website and promptly notify you whether the item is a qualifying return.
We Will Credit Your Account
If approved as a qualifying return, LCW will at your discretion either resend another unit of that product to you or issue a credit on our system for the amount of the original charge minus any applicable shipping costs. Credits are typically made in the form of a coupon/voucher code that may be used for future purchases on the website. The code we issue will be valid for any purchase on the site made up to a year from the date that the code was issued.
It is our policy at LCW not to make refunds to shopper’s methods of payment. Please understand that our “no refunds” policy is final and that the remedy available to you it that of a credit in the form of a coupon/voucher code for purchase of a product of the same value valid for up to a year from issue.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We are willing to vouch for the quality of our products up to the moment they are delivered to the address that you specified in the transaction. Therefore, in the absence of other disqualifying factors we will consider such affected products to be qualifying returns if their condition does not meet your satisfaction. Please note, however, that we do not credit accounts for the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. Should on inspection your return be considered a qualifying return, the credit we issue will be for the original transaction cost minus the portion you paid for shipping.
